Common questions

What should I check before buying property?

Among other things: the seller’s capacity and ownership, the property’s status in the registers, and any restrictions or obligations attached to it. We review these against your property’s documents.

Do I need a lawyer for a lease?

Not necessarily, but reviewing the contract before you sign helps avoid later disputes about duration, rent, maintenance and eviction.
