Privacy notice.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This notice describes what the website actually does today. It should be reviewed by the firm’s lawyer before launch.
Who we are
This website is operated by the law offices of Mohammad Ghaith and Sara Elayyan, Al-Rayyan Complex, Radio and Television Street, Amman, Jordan. You can contact us at the telephone numbers and email address shown on the contact page.
What we collect
The website has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. We receive personal data only when you contact us or send the consultation form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred contact method, type of matter and the short description you choose to write.
How the consultation form works
When you press Send, your device opens your own email app with the enquiry prefilled and addressed to our office; nothing is stored on this website’s servers. The message is sent only if you send it from your email app. The WhatsApp button likewise opens WhatsApp with a message you can edit before sending.
Why we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry and to assess whether and how we can help. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads; Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp lead to those services, which have their own policies. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser (local storage); it is not sent to us.
Confidential information
Please do not send sensitive documents or confidential details through the website form. A lawyer–client relationship begins only when it is agreed. Confidentiality obligations apply to information clients provide to us in the course of that relationship.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to respond and to meet our professional and legal obligations. You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by writing to the email address on the contact page, subject to those obligations and to applicable law.
Changes
We will update this notice if the website’s practices change, and show the date of the latest update above.
