Common questions

Which legal form suits my business?

It depends on the number of partners, the nature of the activity, how far you want to limit liability and how you plan to finance the business. We explain the options in the Companies Law and discuss what fits your case.

Does a partners’ agreement replace the articles of association?

Not necessarily. Each has its own role, and an agreement may complement what the articles do not cover, subject to the law. We review the documents together to check they are consistent.
